COPY OF BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE
COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
FILL THE REGISTRATION FORM
TUITION DEPOSIT OF $50

Our classes will start in the September, however, please do not wait, these classes fill up fast.
